Can I return purchases?

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our international shipping rate is determined by order price, not by weight. Customers will be responsible for exchange rate, duties, and taxes according to their country. International orders may be subjected to customs delays. Once your package crosses US borders, the USPS tracking may not give complete tracking information. Use the same international tracking number and track your package through your local postal service. If the tracking information indicates your package passed customs inspection and have not been delivered to your door, you will have to physically claim your package at your local post office. Your local postal service will return any unclaimed packages back to the USA.

Why is my promo code not working at checkout?

Only one discount code is allowed per order. Please contact us if you have any questions about promo codes.

If I place a custom lash book along with non custom items, will my items be shipped separately?

All items will be shipped together. The processing time for custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks. Shipping and tracking information is sent via email once items have been shipped by HAUS OF RISS.

What shipping method is used when I use a "FREE SHIPPING" discount code?

Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which is 4-8 day shipping time. 

What shipping methods do you use?

Regular orders processing time: 3-7 business days not including holidays or weekends.

Wholesale orders processing time: 7-21 business days not including holidays or weekends. (Please note products are handmade.)

  • HAUS OF RISS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
